Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer issues with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Keeping customers informed about updates and offers.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to a high volume of requests from our customers
  • Updating the checklist on a weekly basis
  • Demonstrating creativity in templates.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in Customer Service - Desirable
  • Proficiency in communication and collaboration.
  • Adeptness in multitasking.
  • Being able to be patient and kind when solving the problems
  • Displaying a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes
  • Advanced English & Portuguese level - Required (Please specify in the application)
