We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service (Language Ukrainian) Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness, results orientation and strong problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service - Desirable
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration.
- Adeptness in multitasking.
- Being able to be patient and kind when solving the problems
- Displaying a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes
- Advanced English and Ukrainian- Required (Please specify in the application)
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues with a positive and proactive approach.
- Keeping customers informed about updates and offers.
- Respond quickly and accurately to a high volume of requests from our customers
- Updating the checklist on a weekly basis
- Demonstrating creativity in templates.
