We are looking for a Freelance Human Resources Business Partner (Japan). Your mission will be to act as a catalyst and integrator of the People strategy in the different areas of the organization. Transfer, implement and ensure compliance with People policies and procedures driving the necessary transformation for the evolution of the business. Be the link between the different departments of the organization and the People area. This position will be responsible for expanding the internal customer base in Japan and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Graduated professional of careers related to the role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP.
  • Previous experience in digital companies (social networks, streaming, interactive platforms) Desirable.
  • You are a person driven by purpose and values.
  • Experience in cultural change desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer and people management skills as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support in attracting talent, induction process and adaptation of new employees.
  • Administrative management of personnel attention such as: health insurance administration, personnel file administration, vacations, absences, expenses and others.
  • Support in the management of legal issues, internal communication, occupational health and safety, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Lead the payroll process: news, queries, reports, among others.
  • Together with the manager, identify, develop and recognize talent.
  • Support organizational change projects by being a liaison between the People area and the business areas.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of the processes, tools and policies of Corporate People. objectives.
